The fastest way to get help is to open a support ticket from the Support page in the app (sign-in required). You can also email us at support@peakaboo.ai.

Include the email address on your account and as much detail as you can — screenshots help us resolve issues faster.

Common topics

  • Billing and top-ups — add funds and review transactions from your account’s billing area. If a payment fails or looks wrong, contact support with the transaction details.
  • Payouts — payouts require completed identity and payout verification. Check your payout settings first, then reach out if something is stuck.
  • Connecting ad accounts — advertisers connect Meta and TikTok accounts from Ad Hub. If a connection fails, try reconnecting before contacting support.
  • Tracking links — tracking links come from your campaigns. If attribution looks off, send us the campaign and link details.
