Peakaboo (“Peakaboo”, “we”, “us”) is a performance-marketing platform operated by Volti Limited that connects advertisers, creators, and mentors. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and who we share it with when you use the Peakaboo web application and our tracking links.

• Account and profile. Your name, email address, username, password (stored hashed), role (for example advertiser, creator, or mentor), profile details, and team memberships.
• Identity and payout verification. If you receive payouts, we may collect identity verification documents and payout account details as required to pay you and to meet our legal obligations.
• Payments and billing. Payments are processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We receive transaction details such as the amount, status, card brand, and last four digits — full card numbers are not stored on our servers.
• Usage and device data. Log data such as your IP address, browser and device information, pages viewed, and actions taken in the app.
• Attribution and tracking data. When someone interacts with a tracked ad or link, we record event data such as timestamps, IP address, device and browser signals, referrer, and campaign identifiers, together with conversion events reported to us. We use this to attribute results to campaigns and to detect bots and invalid traffic.
• Content you upload. Videos, images, copy, and other material you submit to the platform.

• Provide and operate the platform.
• Attribute clicks and conversions to campaigns and calculate spend and earnings.
• Process payments, balances, and payouts.
• Detect and prevent fraud, bots, and invalid traffic.
• Respond to support requests.
• Send service communications, such as security and account notices.
• Improve the platform and develop new features.
• Comply with legal obligations.

We share information only as needed to run the service:

• Service providers — payment processing (Stripe), cloud hosting, file storage, and email delivery, under contracts that limit how they may use it.
• Ad platforms you connect — if you connect an ad account (for example Meta or TikTok), we exchange the data needed to run and measure your campaigns on that platform.
• Your team — members of a team or workspace you belong to can see the data shared within it.
• Collaborators — advertisers and creators you work with see the collaboration data relevant to them, such as campaign performance.
• Legal and safety — when required by law or to protect Peakaboo, our users, or the public.
• Business transfers — as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.

We do not sell your personal information.

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences such as your theme, and support attribution on tracked links. Essential cookies are required for the platform to work; blocking them may prevent you from signing in.

We keep personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed for the purposes described above, then delete or anonymize it. Some records — for example financial and verification records — are kept longer where the law requires it.

We protect your information with industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You can review and update most account information in your settings. You can also contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you can opt out of non-essential emails.

Depending on where you live (for example the EEA, the UK, or California), you may have additional rights such as data portability or objection to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email support@peakaboo.ai.

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where that happens, we take steps designed to ensure it receives an adequate level of protection.

Peakaboo is for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here and, for material changes, notify you through the platform or by email.
