Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Peakaboo, a performance-marketing platform operated by Volti Limited (“Peakaboo”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Peakaboo.

• You must be at least 18 years old to use Peakaboo.
• You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
• If you join or create a team, its owners control which members can access the team’s data and features.

Peakaboo connects advertisers, creators, and mentors. Depending on your role, the platform provides campaign and ad account tools, content collaboration, tracking and attribution of clicks and conversions, and account balances for ad spend and earnings. We may add, change, or remove features as the platform evolves.

• Payments are processed by our payment provider (Stripe). Fees and pricing are shown before you pay.
• Account balances can be used for ad spend and related services on the platform. Balances are not bank deposits and do not earn interest.
• Payouts require completed identity and payout verification. We may delay, withhold, or reverse amounts that are attributable to fraudulent or invalid activity or that we are required to withhold by law.
• You are responsible for any taxes on amounts you receive.

You agree not to:

• Generate fake, incentivized, or bot traffic, or forge clicks, conversions, or any other tracked event.
• Interfere with or attempt to circumvent the platform’s security or traffic-protection systems.
• Upload or promote unlawful, infringing, or deceptive content.
• Violate the policies of connected third-party platforms (for example Meta or TikTok) or applicable advertising regulations.
• Scrape the platform, reverse engineer it, or access it by any means other than the interfaces we provide.
• Misuse other users’ data or content.

You keep ownership of the content you upload. You grant us a license to host, process, display, and distribute it as needed to operate the platform — including delivering creative to the ad platforms you target. You are responsible for having the rights to the content you submit.

Peakaboo integrates with third-party services such as Meta, TikTok, and Stripe. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their actions — for example ad account restrictions or platform outages.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, engage in fraud, or create legal risk for Peakaboo or its users. You may stop using the platform or close your account at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — such as payment obligations, disclaimers, and limitations of liability — survive.

Peakaboo is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee campaign performance, earnings, uninterrupted availability, or that the platform will be error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Peakaboo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the platform is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

You will indemnify and hold Peakaboo harmless from claims arising out of your content, your use of the platform, or your violation of these terms or applicable law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and disputes will be resolved in the courts of the United Kingdom.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here and, for material changes, notify you through the platform or by email. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
